The dining area has a bay window, built in desk and skylight. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave and tiled floor. The $375 quarterly fee allows you access to the private beach on Goshorn Lake, use of association boats, clubhouse w/internet, kitchen, library, laundry room, year round restrooms and showers. Sites include basic cable, trash removal, lawn maintenance. Water is off November thru March. No short term rentals
